  1. You can read over my Alma profile. Alma is the platform I work with to provide insurance-based therapy. From the Alma profile you can schedule a consult by selecting a date on the calendar or by submitting a request for me to contact you through Alma by selecting continue without a date. Either way, I’ll get a notification. This is the quickest way to schedule a consult. I have linked my Alma profile here.

  2. You can send me an email at hailey@sunlitpsychotherapy.org and tell me a little about why you are reaching out. I will do my best to get back to you within 48 business hours to schedule a consult.

No matter which way you reach out to me, you will be scheduled for a completely free and no-strings-attached consultation call. We will discuss your reason for coming to therapy, my experience and approach, and logistics around scheduling and pricing. You’ll be interviewing me to discover if we are a good fit! This should, hopefully, feel low-stakes and low-pressure.
