What services do you offer?

I offer individual and partner therapy services. These tend to be weekly or biweekly sessions focused on improving your daily functioning. These are 45-55 minute long sessions that are held virtually on a secure, HIPAA compliant tele-health platform. We will complete an intake together, collaborate on a treatment plan and then orient each session around your goals.

What makes therapy with me helpful?

I can’t promise that therapy will help you or solve your problems—however, my hope is that it will.
What I can offer is a space where you are safe to discover yourself. I can offer community and support and insight into your patterns and maladaptive thoughts. I can help you explore the intricacies of your emotions and mind. I can help you learn new skills for deepening and sustaining relationships. Therapy works because of the client and their effort—not because of the clinician. My sincerest hope is that therapy with me is a productive, comfortable, curious, occasionally uncomfortable space where you learn and grow and acknowledge yourself.
What are you fees? And do you take insurance?

I offer a range of pricing for individual and couples. I keep open a select number of sliding scale, lower-fee, therapy slots. I am in-network with a number of insurances. The pricing page has more concrete details—it’s linked here.
